1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in "Mission: Isle of Man" (the "Contest"), organized by Ultraviolette Automotive Private Limited ("UV", "we", "us", or "our").
By participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not participate.
2. Eligibility
2.1 General Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be a resident of India
- Must have a valid driving license
- Must have insurance (for Customers)
- Must have or obtain a passport
- Employees & affiliates are not eligible
2.2 Customer Eligibility
- Must own an Ultraviolette Motorcycle
- Ownership verified via registered number
- Only one entry per participant
2.3 Creator Eligibility
- Must have a public Instagram account
- Open to all content categories
- Shortlisting at UV discretion
2.4 Finalist Eligibility for Phase 2
- Finalists are paired by UV
- No changes allowed
- Both must participate
- Only one Finalist slot per participant
3. Contest Structure
Two phases:
- Phase 1: The Calling
- Phase 2: The UV Circuit

4. Phase 1
- 45–120 seconds video
- 1080p minimum
- Instagram Reel + Microsite link
- Must answer both contest questions
5. Phase 2
5.1 Finalists
- Up to 40 finalists selected
- Each gets a Finalist Code
5.2 Duration
- 48-hour challenge window
- 8 mandatory + 2 optional
5.3 Instagram Requirement
PUBLIC POST REQUIRED
- Must post publicly
- Private accounts = invalid
- Submit link on site
5.4 Caption Format

5.5 Submission Steps
- Complete challenge
- Create content
- Post publicly

7. Winner Selection
- Based on both phases
- One Customer + One Creator winner
- Judging is final
8. Content Rights
- UV gets full usage rights
- Participants retain personal use
9. Prize
All-expenses-paid trip to Isle of Man TT 2026 including travel, stay, and exclusive access.
10. Safety
- Follow all traffic laws
- No reckless riding
11. Disqualification
- False info
- Rule violations
- Invalid submissions
12. Privacy
Data used for contest and communication purposes.
13. General
Governed by Indian law. Bangalore jurisdiction.
